Position Detail: Thomas P. Bleck, M.D., Chairman of the Department of Neurology at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare is seeking a fellowship trained neurologist with interest and experience in headache.  Given the unmet need within the community, opportunity for growth to a 100% headache practice is significant.  Initially, the practice will consist of general neurology and headache.  The headache specialist will participate in general neurology call only.   Applicants will be eligible for faculty appointment at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level, non-tenure track, at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. The proposed starting date is negotiable.  Salary is competitive and benefits are comprehensive. Applicants must be certified by the ABPN or in process of certification.

Position Detail:   Dr. Jeffrey A. Crandall is offering a unique opportunity for his orofacial pain practice in Vermont.  Since 1988, Dr. Crandall has maintained a referral-based practice limited to the diagnosis and management of orofacial pain. Dr. Crandall is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. His practice is located in a medical/dental complex with neighboring practices including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, physical therapy, rheumatology, pediatrics, psychiatry, psychology, and an acupuncturist.
